Job-Preview Video Application Process

  • Designed, Programmed, Tested, Implemented, and Evaluated the Interactive Job-Preview Video Application Process at Broad Street. 
  • Oversaw the customization and implementation of this process at Westminster and Lenexa call centers as well. 
  • Programmed/coded about 40 unique web pages which work together every day to make the system run smoothly.

 

HR-IVR Automated Phone Screen

  • Built from the ground-up, including scripting and recording, an Interactive Voice Recording System to provide an automated phone interview for front-end call center recruiting.  This system is used heavily every day at Broad Street. 
  • Recently re-configured the system so that Westerville may utilize the same system.  Now, Columbus has one unified and consistent IVR screening System. 
  • Currently implementing this system in Lenexa.  Neither Lenexa nor Broad Street have ever had an HR IVR system before now.
  • Developed and implemented electronic recruiting forms to be used in conjunction with this system, producing the first-ever paperless HR IVR system.

 

Interview Forms/Process

  • Organized a focus group of recruiters to perfect the interview system. 
  • We met weekly for over a month to produce a more perfect and effective interview/recruiting program. 
  • New interview questions were developed, tested, and implemented. 
  • Single handedly created electronic forms with data fields and drop-down menus that may be tabbed through to provide the candidate and recruiter with a very smooth, quick, and insightful interview experience.  These are also paperless. 
  • After much testing and development at Broad Street, these forms have been shared and very happily implemented at Lenexa, Westminster, and Westerville. 

 

Recruiting Analysis & Reporting

  • Extracted never-before-seen data from Webhire which, for analytical purposes, is pricelessly insightful.
  • Performed thorough analysis of this data, constantly investigating findings, to appraise the health and condition of our recruiting systems.
  • Developed first-of-their-kind reports in order to logically and clearly present this data and insight to management. 
  • Acted as a consultant in the development of the new turnover reports, providing the creativity to convey lots of data through the simplest images. 

 

Applicant Tracking System

  • Have continually improved the way Retail Recruiting uses Webhire, and increased consistency across all those who use this Applicant Tracking System.
  • Am widely accepted as the Webhire expert of Alliance Data, and am a resource in the development of the upcoming Applicant Tracking System.
