Analysis & Reporting:

o        Championed the design and construction of database tables and dozens of
      user-friendly *.asp web pages to gather data, plus self constructing reports
      to assist managers’ tracking of this activity/data.

o        Unlocked and extracted raw data from ATS which had never before been seen.

o        Performed intense recruitment analysis thereupon, generating first-of-their-kind
      reports to graphically show the state of Alliance Data's retail recruiting, providing
      the company with priceless insight.

o        Present these findings to corporate executives, tying the results closely to practices
      and solutions backed by extensive first-hand experience.  Answer all questions
      accordingly.

 

Recruiting Systems Project Management:

o        Worked with production studio to record/develop a job preview DVD, then
     single handedly turned this DVD into an interactive application experience. 
     Applicants now can see an actual associate perform the job which they are
     applying for.  I was the point person for implementing this technology/system
     at all five retail call centers across the country.  I surveyed applicants to evaluate
     the system.  This process is still in place.

o        A key developer in a new state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
      rolled out in early 2007.

o        Designed an electronic search current ATS which instantly returns a report
      that previously took hours per day.  This search also catches certain online
      applicants which previously may have gone unseen.

o        Re-designed the applicant flow and interview process. Championed project
      to re-write all interview questions, implemented results.

o        Build and nurture relationships with all individuals involved with and affected
      by these projects directly or indirectly.

o        Developed and built, from the ground up, an IVR which completely automates
      the first step in the interview process.  I wrote the script/interface, chose a voice
      talent from our call center, recorded, tested, and implemented this device at two
      locations. This tool was used daily for well over a year, until a newer system was
      just implemented.

 

Recruitment:

o        Reviewed literally thousands of resumes and conducted hundreds of one-on-one
      interviews.

o        Managed recruiting events including open houses, career fairs, panel interviews,
      and referral programs.

o        Participated in retention, career advancement, and job preview projects.
